He Rec’d She Rec’d Minisode: Plot-Driven Novels and Inspirational Memoirs for Katie
Today we have a very special bonus mini episode in which we are recommending books to one of our best friends from college. This episode is all about books for Katie, one of the kindest and smartest people we know. Katie is in our long distance book club that we run on Facebook, so we were able to use a little more information than what Katie gave us in order to recommend books for her. If, like Katie, you like plot-driven novels and inspirational true stories, then get your TBR lists ready.

Just finished listening to this episode and I have a recommendation for Chelsea and Katie. In the same vein of Jasmine Guillory, I recommend several Nora Roberts trilogies. I know Nora Roberts can be very predictable and follow a specific outline with her romance novels, but I still love her characters and their deep friendship connections. Some of my favorites are The Irish Born Trilogy, The Chesapeake Bay Saga (a trilogy, and then a fourth novel several years later), The Bride Quartet, and then the In the Garden Trilogy and the Inn Boonsboro Trilogy, especially if you like a little paranormal story line.
Love listening to you guys, I am almost done with the backlog and will have to wait a WHOLE WEEK in between episodes now! Thanks for your service as well, to both of you!
